Foliage Faces by Caroline Lord offers custom made products. Our products are made specifically for you when you order them. As such, we can not offer refunds.

If there is a problem with your product, we offer a one-time credit for the purchase price of a single product. Please fill out our Request a Credit Form, it will be reviewed by customer support and approved if it falls within our guidelines.

Once approved, you will receive an email with a coupon code for the value of your item. You may use this towards any other item on our website.

Please note: The coupon code is only good one time, and cannot maintain a balance if the item you purchase with it is less than the value of the coupon.
